  • Transactional information: contract, deposit, variation, selection and settlement details where you enter into a contract with us.

  • Communications: the content of emails, SMS, messaging app conversations, web chats, contact forms, feedback, reviews and recorded phone calls with our team, sales consultants or partners.

  • Marketing preferences: subscription status, campaign engagement and unsubscribe requests.

  • Event and display centre information: sign-in details when you attend a display home, open home, sales event or private appointment.
